SIGNATURE PROCESSING METHOD FOR GRAPHIC DATA

PURPOSE:To prevent the complexity in the sign work of an examination or an approval and to improve the guarantee of the approval of original drawing data by outputting the drawing in which the vector data of an electronic drawing and signature image data showing that the electronic drawing is approved are synthesized. CONSTITUTION:This method is composed of a drawing preparing device (CAD) 1 electronically preparing a drawing and storing it as vector data, a control data storage memeory 5 storing the control information on an electronic drawing and the signature of an approver as image data, a processor 2 controlling the control information of the memory 5 and synthesizing the electronic drawing data and the signature image data of the approver, a printer 4 outputting the drawing 12 synthesized with the signature and a display 3, and the drawing preparing device 1 prepares electronic drawing data. By outputting the drawing 12 in which the electronic drawing and the signature are synthesized only when the drawing is confirmed to be already approved by referring to the control information, the once approved drawing can be outputted and printed without being signed again.
