DATA BASE PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To simplify procedure for attribute setting by automatically setting item attribute in accordance with a key word registered in advance when it is included, and setting attribute of default when it is not included. CONSTITUTION:A first key word is read in from the storage area 22 of a table with correspondence of key word and item attribute by a table read-in means 12 with correspondence of key word and item attribute, and it is delivered to an item name analysis means 14. The item name analysis means 14 analyzes whether or not an item name includes the key word, and analyzes the next key word when no key word is included in the item name. When the item name includes the key word, analysis is completed at that stage. In other words, an item attribute setting means 15 reads in the item attribute in accordance with the key word from the table 12 with correspondence of key word and item attribute, and stores it in the area 23 of the item attribute for each item via a storage means 13 for the item attribute. When no key word to be included exists, the item attribute of default is read in, and it is stored in the storage means 13.
