Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To input the character or graphic with high accuracy, to reduce erroneous input and to obtain satisfactory durability by combining two specified base materials as an insulating base material. CONSTITUTION:The two base materials, for which a conducting layer is formed on the surface of one insulating base material, are used and the conducting layers are faced each other. Then, the base materials are parallelly arranged at a prescribed interval. One part of one base material is pressed and one part of each conducting layer is energized to each other. Then, the base materials are electrically conducted and the character and graphic with high accuracy are inputted. As one base material, the base material to which a resisting film 6 is formed on the surface of an insulating base material, is used. As the other base material, the resisting film 6 to which conducting grain 15 is diffused, is formed on the surface of the insulating base material 4, and one part of the conducting grain is exposed on the surface of the resisting film. Then, a covering film 12, for which insulating grain is diffused, is formed on the resisting film and the insulating grain is exposed on the surface of the covering film. Thus, the character and graphic, etc., with high accuracy can be inputted, and the erroneous input is reduced. Then, the durability is improved.
