PURPOSE:To prevent the change of air amount and noise in switching the inside air and the outside air by delaying the correction of blast capacity, when switching from the inside air to the outside air, against a selection signal in a controller, as stated in the title, having an air amount variable blower and means for selecting the inside and outside air. CONSTITUTION:Signals of an outside air intaking state detection switch 4 in an air door 3 and other various sensors 15-19, 21 are inputted into a microcomputer 20. And the microcomputer 20 outputs an inside and outside air intaking selection signal S1 to the driving device 12 of an air door 3 in accordance with given programs. Further, a signal altering blast capacity in response to the selection signal S1 is outputted to a driving device 5. At this time, the output of a signal for altering the blast capacity is delayed for given time in at least an S1 signal which switches from the inside air intaking to the outside air intaking. By this constitution, it is possible to prevent the change of blast amount and noise when altering an air intaking state.
