CONSTITUTION:The cosmetic containing, as skin whitening ingredient, polysaccharide(s) extracted from a culture solution obtained by culture of algae belonging to Aphanocapsa (e.g. marine blue-green algae such as Aphanocapsa halophitica, freshwater blue-green algae such as Aphanocapsa ribralis, Aphanocapsa palkira, Aphanocapsa elakista, Aphanocapsa delicatisima).
