Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to multiply a large amount of bacterium of genus Pseudomonas inexpensively by culture, by using a medium containing an inorganic ammonium salt and protease besides amino acid powder, de-fatted soybean powder and glucose. CONSTITUTION:A bacterium of the genus Pseudomonas is subjected to aerated spinner culture in a medium containing amino acid powder, de-fatted soybean powder, glucose, an inorganic ammonium salt (e.g. ammonium primary phosphate, etc.) and a protease (e.g. protease, etc.) at 30 deg.C at pH 5-7 for 30
