Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To accurately and easily fix fixing legs at specified positions, by forming a protrusion for positioning the fixing legs on the outer peripheral surface of a metal case. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 5 whose section is semicircular and continuous is formed on the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the central part of a metal case 3. The upper part 12 of a first fixing leg 9 is made to abut against the protrusion 5, and the position is set. A second fixing leg 10 is fixed to the first fixing leg 9. A fixing leg 2 consists of the first fixing leg 9 and the second fixing leg 10 made of insulative resin. The upper end 11 of the first fixing leg 9 is made to abut against the protrusion 5, and the first leg 9 is fixed so as to be closely in contact with the metal case 3. The thickness direction of the upper part 12 where a notch is formed constitutes a taper which becomes thin toward the upper end 11. A collar 13 is provided with a penetration hole 14, and the upper part of the first fixing leg 9 is fastened by the second fixing leg 10. The inner wall of the upper part 15 of the second fixing leg 10 constitutes a taper which becomes thin toward the lower part in the thickness direction, and is inclined from the nearly central part toward the lower part. A flange 16 whose tip is notched is installed, and the first and the second fixing legs 9, 10 are integrally unified in a body by screws 18 penetrating the holes 14, 17.
