Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve cold reserving performance and reliability by a method wherein a spongy heat insulating material is located between a cold reserving panel on the rood side and a cold reserving panel on the tank inner surface side to stick the panels to each other. CONSTITUTION:A cold reserving panel 1 on the roof side and a cold reserving panel 2 on the tank inner surface side, both formed of a polyurethane foam, are attached in two layers or more on the inner surface of the roof of a low temperature tank. A reinforcing material 10, such as a glass mesh having a comparative low linear expansion factor is continuously and integrally mounted on the tank inner surface side of the cold reserving panel 1 or the cold insulating panel 1 to which the reinforcing material 10 is previously stuck is laminated on a roof. A reinforcing material 5, such as a glass mesh, is laminated on a joint 15 between the cold insulating panels 1 and the continuous reinforcing material 10 is attached on the inner surface of the cold reserving panel 1. A sponge-form heat reserving material 6 is inserted between the cold reserving panel 1 and the cold reserving panel 2 on the tank inner surface side previously reinforced with the reinforcing material 10 to stick the two surfaces to each other. Further, a gap 11 is provided between the cold reserving panels 2 and mounting at a job site is faciliated. |
