BUILT-UP METHOD OF HIGH BENDING TENACIOUS PC PILE CAGE

PURPOSE:To enable the built-up of tendons in the case where a PC pile burying spiral reinforcements near the peripheral surface of the pile separated from the tendons for giving prestress is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:Bearing reinforcements 16 are arranged along the outside of a core metal 21, spiral reinforcements 15 are wound on the peripheral surfaces of the bearing reinforcements 16 while pulling out the ends of them with a drawing device 23, and in the case where they are fixed by a binding machine 37, the rear end side end plate 12b is fixed to the front end of the core metal 21, at the same time, the front end side end plate 12a is fixed to the drawing device. The bearing reinforcements 16 are tendons 14 are made to pass through both end plates 12a and 12b, the tendons 14 are pulled in a cylindrical cage formed by winding and fixing the spiral reinforcements 15 at the same time as the formation thereof, and both ends of each of the tendons 14 are positioned with both end plates 12a and 12b.
