WATER INTAKE CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To obtain a water intake controller deciding surely and speedily whether water intake is appropriate or not. CONSTITUTION:A river picture is taken by an industrial color TV camera 11, the picture data and numerical data are obtained by a picture processing device 12, and the data is stored in a data storing section 13 together with quality data. The quality data is decided by comparing the present data obtained by the picture processing device with the past data obtained by the data storing section through a water quality deciding section 14. A gate opening of a water intake gate 2 and a water intake stop/reopening are decided from the decision result and detected water level of a water level detector 6 through a water intake deciding section 16, and a water intake gate is controlled by a gate control command section 17.
