CONSTITUTION:Fine-spun twisted union yarns comprising 10-count pure cotton 974g in yarn breaking strength, 897g in minimum six-average breaking strength and 9.3 T/in number if twists are knitted into a fabric with plain stitch followed by scouring and bleaching and dyeing, and the resultant fabric is imparted with a raising lubricant and threaded through a card clothing raiser to effect raising followed by uniformizing fluff lengths through shearing.
