Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce a cycle time of dephosphorization and decarburization as little as possible and to reduce an empty time in an iron pouring ladle as little as possible at the time of executing the dephosphorizing and decarburizing treatment to molten iron by using the one side as a dephosphorizing furnace and the other side as a decarburizing furnace in two sets of converter-type furnaces having top and bottom combined blowing function. CONSTITUTION:The iron pouring ladle 3'' whose from of the vertical cross section parallel with a tilting surface is a trapezoid having the upper side U longer than the lower side L and the angle formed between an oblique side A at the iron pouring side and the upper side U is smaller than the angle formed between an oblique side B at the other side and the upper side U is used.
