AUTOMATIC PACKER OF COIL WITH PACKAGING PAPER

PURPOSE:To securely pack a coil with a well-finished packing paper, by providing a press-roller by which folds can be formed on the superposed packing paper formed by horizontal and vertical blades. CONSTITUTION:The widened packing paper 9 at the side face of a coil 8 is kept to position at the side face of coil 8 by the horizontal blade 2 which has traversed from the outer diametral part of coil 8 by a specified distance and has stopped at the side face of coil. And the vertical blade 3 is transferred downward to stuff the packing paper 9 into the outside of the horizontal blade 2 and form the superposed part. The superposed packing paper 9 is creased from the upper side of the horizontal blade 2 and the vertical blade 3 and also by directly pressing the superposed part at the front end of horizontal blade 2, by the rolling pressing roller 4. Thereafter, the coil 8 is rotated by a specified angle to wind up the packing paper 9 on the coil 8. Accordingly, the packing paper can be folded in to form a triangle and hence, a secure packing can be obtained.
