CONSTITUTION:A plolyester resin having a softening point of 50 to 130 deg.C, a hydroxyl no. of 10 to 100mgKOH/g, and an average mol.wt. of 1,000 to 8,000 is blended with an isocyanate curing agent and an alkali metal salt or alkaline earth metal salt of a long-chain fatty acid having at least 5 carbon atoms in the main chain thereof to prepare a powder coating resin compsn.
