FACSIMILE COMMUNICATION CONNECTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To transmit picture data at high speed without requiring private application in a host computer by adopting communication data of the host computer with a facsimile communication connecting device as picture data and using SCSI interface. CONSTITUTION:The host computer 1 is connected with the facsimile communication connecting device 3 with an SCSI interface 2. Picture data transmitted from the host computer 1 with the SCSI interface 2 is converted so as to be outputted to a group 3 facsimile by the facsimile communication connecting device 3 and, then, it is outputted to the group 3 facsimile 5 through a telephone line 4 and a public line network. Thus, data transmitted from the host computer is adopted as picture data so that picture data can be transmitted at high speed only by the slight improvement of a pre-existed software at a host computer side.
