Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase workability and suppress vibrations in an earthquake, by providing a plurality of pipes and the connected members thereof in a frame and erecting piles in the pipes of the frame installed on the ground and fixing floor slabs at the upper ends of pipes. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is made to form a triangle jacket structure with vertically extended pipes 4 and two braces 6a, 6b connecting with these pipes 4. In this case, the braces 6a, 6b are constituted of pipes to reduce the weight of frame 2 and piles 3 are erected in the pipes 4 of frame 2. And floor slabs 9 are fixed at the upper ends of pipes 4 to increase the rigidity of frame 2 in order to suppress vibrations of the shed 10 in an earthquake.
