In a handcart 20, the refuse bags 16a, 16b,... are collected from each discharge source 12a, 12b,... regardless of color and carried to an input port 26. The refuse bags 16a, 16b,... are input from the input port 26, classified by each color in a sorter 30 and drawn out from ducts 36a, 36b,... corresponding to the color. In carrying out containers 40a, 40b,..., the refuse bags 16a, 16b,... from each duct 36a, 36b are received and stored.
