Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To construct a marina by a simple work, using the inclination of a pitch along a seashore, which is usually regarded as the place unsuitable for the development of the marina. CONSTITUTION:A boathouse 10 is constructed at an artifcially excavated part 5 opened facing the sea, which part is made by excavating part of an inclined seashore 1 to the extent of the undersurface of seawater, and the seawater is brought in so that yachts 3 floating thereon can arrive in the boathouse 10 and can depart therefrom in that condition. In addition, a marina is composed by constructing a building 20 such as a clubhouse, on the boathouse 10.
