Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a power supply device where a switching regulator and a series regulator are combine, which operates stably by maintaining the difference in both output voltages of the switching regulator and the series regulator, and whose efficiency is not reduced when changing the signal for controlling an output voltage widely. CONSTITUTION:This device is formed so that a duty ratio is changed according to the detection result of a detection circuit 54 for detecting the difference in the output voltage between a switching regulator 3 and a series regulator 5 and the switching of a switching element 31 is controlled by a mono-stable multivibrator 35 for generating a pulse signal with a period based on the oscillation frequency of a fixed frequency oscillator 36.
