Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the talking charge notice equipment by which a talking charge up to a request point of time is immediately recognized when a talking party makes a request in a telephone set for an average home or the like. CONSTITUTION:A caller sends a talking charge request signal 301 to a caller exchange 2000 during talking. The exchange 2000 receives and decodes the signal 301 and generates talking charge information 302 up to that point of time and sends it immediately to the caller terminal equipment 1000. Thus, a talking party of the caller terminal equipment 1000 grasps the talking charge in real time. Since a function for talking charge notice is provided to the caller side exchange 2000, a means grasping the talking charge in real time by the talking party is provided.
