DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To decrease variation of display data between '0' and '1' without decreasing visual information and to reduce radio wave noise generated from a signal cable, when display data is outputted to a display section through the signal cable. CONSTITUTION:A buffer which stores display data 131 of one line is incorporated in a difference data generation section 140, a difference data 141 is outputted as display data 131 of a first line as it is, and a result to which exclusive 'OR' operation is performed with display data stored in the buffer one line before is outputted as display data 131 after a second line. A buffer which stores restored data 201 outputted by the display data restoration section 200 of one line is incorporated in a display data restoration section 200, and a difference data 152 is outputted as restored data of a first line as it is, and a result to which exclusive 'OR' operation is performed with the difference data 152 and restored data stored in the line buffer one line before is outputted as restored data after a second line.
