CONSTITUTION:A device is provided with a pipe material conveying supporter machine 7 having a running carriage 26 capable of running on conveying rails 4 laid in parallel to the lengthwise direction of a pipe material 5 which must be installed and a pipe material clamping fixture 31 provided movably in a lateral direction at a right angle to the conveying rails 4 and further liftably in the running carriage 26.
