PLACING JOINT MEMBER FOR CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To facilitate the main reinforcement assembly and the placement of concrete by arranging a net shaped article at the edge in a picture frame shaped frame body and inserting the main reinforcement into the through hole of the frame body, thus forming the formwork. CONSTITUTION:The main stems 2a,...2a of a beam are inserted into the through holes 1d,...1d of a placing relaying member 1 which is formed by fixedly installing a net-shaped article 1c at the edge of the inner frame 1b of the frame body 1a consisting of a picture frame shaped metal plate, so that the net shaped article 1c is set inside, and welding is performed at the through hole 1d. Then, star laps 2b,...2b are welded on the main stems 2a,...2a, and a beam structure is formed, and a formwork 3 is fixedly installed by crossbeams 3a,...3a, keeping a prescribed interval, on the side surface and the undersurface, and a U-shaped closing plate 4 is fixedly installed on the edge surface. Accordingly, the spilling- out of the concrete placed in the formwork 3 is prevented, and placing joint can be carried out, and the recessed part of the net-shaped article 1c serves as an engagement cotter, and the shearing force at the concrefe joint part of the beam can be increased by the frame body 1a and the net-shaped article 1c.
