Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To apply a ratproof measure to a biodegradable cushioning material, which has been molded from a starch-based biodegradable material under high temperature and high pressure by the use of an injection molding machine, so as to prevent the material from being bitten by rats when used as a packing material. CONSTITUTION:The numerals 1, 2, and 3 denote a refrigerator body as a packed object, corrugated paperboard, and cushioning material respectively. A ratproof measure has been applied to this cushioning material 3. As a result, this cushioning material, which is easy to dispose of as refuse, can be used for the packing of machinery where biting by rats, etc., has been a matter of concern.
