Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a bit map image by substituting an exchange coordinate of more than one predetermined specified objective point for a coordinate on a standard line determined by a coordinate of a specified point to be a predetermined standard. CONSTITUTION:CPU 5 executes actions of a command analysis part 2 and a character development part 3, and a depicting part 6 treats figures and developed characters to depict a bit map image. Practically, a printing command and printing data received by a receiving part 1 are analyzed of their meaning in the command analysis part 2 to be classified into characters and figures, and the figures and images are treated to develop a bit map image in the depicting part 6. On the other hand, the characters are treated in a character development part 3 to develop a bit map image with a specified character size utilizing the outline font information of a font accommodation memory 4. The depicting part 6 overlaps characters and figures developed into the bit map image and writes them into a bit map memory 7. Data in the memory 7 are printed on a paper sheet by a printing part 8.
