Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a waterproofing method, by which a putty sealing compound can be pressed with a high compressive stress without any leakage to the outside of a cover and sure adhesion is secured all over the interface between an insulating electrical wire connecting part, surface and a putty sealing compound by means of easy work, for an insulating electrical wire. CONSTITUTION:In a manufacturing method, in which a putty sealing compound inside a cover is compressed onto a conductor connecting metallic fitting and an electrical wire terminal part by clamping and pressing an insulating electrical wire connecting part by the cover, a space inside the cover is divided into a main chamber A1, in which a conductor connecting metallic fitting 63 and an electrical wire terminal part 61 are stored, and auxiliary chambers A2, A3 by partition walls 4, 5 and the like, while an excess of the putty sealing compound is applied onto the main chamber A1, and then, the putty sealing compound is compressed by means of clamping and pressing by the cover, and the excess of the putty sealing compound protrudes from the main chamber A1 to the auxiliary chambers A2, A3. Then, the protruding putty sealing compound remains in the inside of the auxiliary chambers A2, A3.
