Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To easily simulate any physical phenomenon controlled by a partial differential equation based on a finite element method and to easily prepare a simulation program used for it. CONSTITUTION:A first calculation program, which is described by a user, containing equation information 2 describing the partial differential equation by using a partial differential operator and element division information 2 describing a simulation area and the dividing conditions of that area is converted to a second calculation program 4, which is described in any other high-level language (which does not use the partial differential operator in this case) such as FORTRAN by an automatic calculation program generating mechanism 3. In such a case, this calculation program 4 is automatically generated so as to resolve this partial differential equation based on the finite element method. This program 4 is further converted to a third calculation program 6 described in any machine language by a translating mechanism 5. This program 6 is executed by a computer 7. Since it is necessary for the user only to describe the first calculation program, the description is facilitated. |
