Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent rise of a high pressure of a refrigerating cycle. CONSTITUTION:An air side heat exchanger 1 has a speed control blower 3 and an operation/stop control blower 5. The speed of the blower 3 is controlled by, a speed control fan controller 7, and the blower 5 is controlled to be operated or stopped by an operation/stop control high pressure switch. An air side heat exchanger 2 has a speed control blower 4 and an operation/stop control blower 5 disposed reversely to those of the exchanger 1. Thus, an air flow rate bypass of cycles is reduced to a minimum limit to suppress hunting of the operation/stop blower 5, a high pressure of a specific value is maintained to operate a refrigerating cycle.
