CONCRETE FORCE FEED METHOD

PURPOSE:To make it possible to transport concrete over a long distance with a low discharge feed pump by injecting a cement fine particle slurry from a force feed pipeline and installing a lubricative film between injected concrete and the force feed pipe line. CONSTITUTION:A slurry-like film, such as Portland cement, which is more lubricative than force feed concrete, is installed between concrete to be fed with force and a concrete transfer pipe. This slurry-like film works as a kind of lubricant, which makes it possible to transfer cement which is hard to floor over a long distance. In this case, as a material having excellent lubricating properties 100 part of fine particles, which are hydraulic material or fine particles which are soluble or hard to be dissolved, are mixed with 35 to 50 parts of water, thereby producing a mixed slurry. A large number of small holes, which are communicated with a lubricant force-in pipe 7 and adapted to envelop the concrete force-feed pipe 4, are installed and formed in such a fashion that a lubricant may be injected into the concrete transfer pipe 4. This construction makes it possible to adopt an ordinary booster pump or a small-sized transfer pipe 4, thereby reducing construction cost. What is more, it is also possible to enhance workability.
