Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber capable of exhibiting insulation effectiveness with excellent durability and suppressing drying of skin by sticking cyclodextrin including a specific liposoluble substance in the interior of voids to a natural or synthetic fiber. CONSTITUTION:A processing solution comprising cyclodextrin obtained by including squalane or squalene or its mixture, a liposoluble substance, in the interior of voids of cyclodextrin, a binder and a softener is applied to to a natural fiber or synthetic fiber and the cyclodextrin is stuck to the fiber to give the objective fiber having excellent fastness to washing, capable of maintaining insulation effectiveness for a long period of time.
