Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain porous fibers through stable drawing process irrespective of the kind of constituent resin thereof. CONSTITUTION:The porous fibers can be obtained by drawing conjugate fibers made up of (A) pore-forming section 3 with a pore-forming material 5 dispersed in a matrix resin 1 and (B) skeleton-forming section 4 consisting of a skeleton- forming resin 2 with the section A divided by the section B into two or more subsections. The drawing is conducted at a temperature lower that the glass transition temperature of the pore-forming material but higher than those of the resins 1 and 2.
