Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a biaxially oriented laminated polyester film having flat ness corresponding to high density recording, high quality of a magnetic tape, excellent wind-up properties, winding attitude and further excellent slipperiness, cutting resistance properties, scratch resistance, etc. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially oriented laminated polyester film comprises one surface layer (A layer) which has 1-10nm of a centerline mean roughness (RaA: unit of nm) of its surface and 8 or more of a ratio (RZDA/RaA) of 10-point mean roughness (RZDA: unit of nm). The film also comprises the other surface layer (B layer) which has 50 or less of a value of RaA/sq. rt. RaB in which a centerline mean roughness (RaB: unit of nm) of a surface of the other layer (B layer) is larger than the centerline mean roughness (RaA), and 100-300 or a value of RZDAXsq. rt. RZDB of 10-point mean roughness (RZDB: unit of nm).
