AUTOMATIC INSERTING DEVICE FOR SCREW INSERT

PURPOSE:To provide an automatic inserting device for a screw insert to perform automatic matching of a screw insert with a female screw when the screw insert is fitted in the female screw of a work. CONSTITUTION:A third holding member 29 to fixedly hold a first holding member 17, a second holding member 23, and a screw insert inserting tool 1 in parallel to the feed slide 4 of a column 3, in the order, in the feed direction thereof is arranged. The first holding member 17 is held by means of a pair of first leaf spring means 13 and 14 arranged at right angles with the feed slide 4 and in parallel to the feed direction thereof. The first and second holding members 17 and 23 are held at a pair of second leaf spring means 26 extending in parallel to the slide 4. The second and third holding means 26 and 29 are held by means of a pair of third leaf spring means 33 paralleling the feed slide 4 and displaced in a 90 deg. arc in a peripheral direction from the second leaf spring means 26, and a screw insert is automatically matched with the female screw of a work.
