MANUFACTURE OF SHEARING ROUND EDGE AND SHEARING ROUND EDGE

PURPOSE:To provide a sufficient turn stop effect against stress in the direction of rotation, at the time of shearing work, and further to prevent a turn stop means from coming off and a fitting part from loosening even in the case that stress in a thrust direction is applied. CONSTITUTION:A method comprises the first process for brazing a supporting member 13 of soft steel in the internal periphery of a hard metal-mode ring- shaped edge unit 12 consisting of hard alloy, ceramic, cermet, etc., second process for fitting a base unit 14 consisting of refining steel to the internal periphery of the supporting member 13 by expansion fitting and the third process for applying weld padding fixed to both end parts of a pin from both sides of a through-hole after inserting the pin positioned in the center of a thickness direction of the hole by drilling a suitable number of the through-holes so as to straddle over the base unit 14 and the supporting member 13.
