Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the residual quantity of magnetism on steel frames at the time of electric welding by arranging welding guns at the welding positions, providing ground electrodes freely movably on steel-frame beams and connecting both to a welding power source. CONSTITUTION:Beam fixing parts 1a are formed on steel-frame pillars 1. The steel-frame beams 2 of wide flange shape steel are fixed by bolts 3 between the beam fixing parts 1a and coupling parts between the steel-frame pillars 1 and the steel-frame beam 2 are welded together. The welding guns 5 are arranged at welding places. Ground side movable electrode parts 6 are arranged freely-movable at the steel-frame beams 2. The welding guns 5 and the ground side movable electrode parts 6 are connected to the DC welding power source of a stud welding machine 7. Consequently, a welding current can be prevented from flowing repeatedly locally by moving the ground side movable electrode parts 6 and changing the positions of the ground electrodes 15 at the time of performing electric welding.
