WASTE LIQUOR TREATMENT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To decrease the cost of a waste liquor treatment device without decreasing extremely the amt. of liq. absorption of a liq. absorbing agent by filling the liq. absorbing agent consisting of a compression-molded and ground mixture of sawdust and a water absorbing polymer into a bag. CONSTITUTION:A waste liquor treatment device 1 has a liq. absorbing agent 2 and a bag 3 wherein the liq. absorbing agent 2 is stored. The liq. absorbing agent consists of a product prepd. by hot-pressing a mixture of about 95wt.% sawdust with a specific gravity of about 0.2 and about 5wt.% water absorbing polymer with a specific gravity of 0.8 to mold it once and then, grinding it. As the water absorbing polymer, e.g. a crosslinked product of sodium polyacrylate is used. The bag 3 is formed of e.g. polyethylene and a specified amt. of the liq. absorbing agent 2 is fed therein from the upper opening and under a condition where a check valve 4 is fixed on the central part, it is bonded by sealing parts 5 and 5 of two upper and lower lines. In addition, in the bag 3, three bonded parts 6,... in the longitudinal direction are provided in such a way that the liq. absorbing agent 2 does not center at one part in the bag 3.
