CONSTITUTION:A flexible sheet main body 1 is formed by holding a fabric 3 between upper and lower EVA resin sheets 2, 2' by rolls 8, 9 and forcibly cooled to about 70 deg.C and subsequently reheated by a heater (z). Whereupon, the upper and lower EVA resin sheets 2, 2' are crosslinked and infiltrated in the texture of the fabric 3 held between the sheets and the surfaces of the sheets corresponding to the crossing parts of respective threads 3 protrude in a glossy state.
