Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To firmly secure an auxiliary machine to an internal combustion engine in such a way that its position is freely adjustable. CONSTITUTION:A pump P fixed to lower and upper mounting brackets 10, 15 secured to an internal combustion engine E is connected to a crankshaft via an endless belt 5. A mounting portion 32 provided in the pump P is held by a pair of mounting portions 33, 34 provided in the lower mounting bracket 10 and a bolt 36 passing through an oblong hole 321 formed through a collar 35 fitted to the mounting portion 33 and through the mounting portion 32, is driven into the tapped hole 341 of the mounting portion 34 to that the pump P is secured to the internal combustion engine E. The pump P is further fixed to the internal combustion engine E by means of two bolts 24, 30, and the vertical position of the pump P is varied by raising one of the bolts 24 by means of a bolt 28 prior to tightening of the three bolts 36, 24, 30, so as to adjust the tension of the endless belt 5. |
