Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing improved cellulose acetate fibers exhibiting a good coloring property suitable in the fields of formal wears, etc., by imparting a deeply dyeing property to cellulose acetate fibers, and to provide an intermediate for the cellulose acetate fibers. CONSTITUTION:The method for producing deeply dyeable cellulose acetate fibers is characterized by compounding cellulose acetate with compounds of (1) and (2) in amounts of 1-30wt.%, respectively, spinning the mixture, and subsequently subjecting the produced cellulose acetate fibers to a post-treatment to elute the compound of formula (1). (1): An organic compound having a mol.wt. of =900.
