Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method for mounting any instrument having a vertical dimension larger than the opening in the panel at the time of service and establish a mounting method and structure of instrumentation on the instrument panel of a car whereby the mirror part is heaved to a certain specified level only by securing the instrument to the panel. CONSTITUTION:A heaving member 20 equipped with an arm-shaped part 23 is installed on a bracket 4 provided for securing an instrument case, and an instrument is inserted from an opening in an instrument panel in the condition that a mirror part 3 is sunk. When the case 4 is to be fastened by screw to the mounting part of the panel, an arm-shaped part 23 is moved through the screw 5 fastening action, and a boss part 6 formed in a single piece with the mirror quart 3 is heaved, and thereby the mirror part 3 is raised to the specified level.
