Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To considerably reduce the burning and the galling and to improve the working ratio by spraying releasing agents having different concns. to a part becoming the high temp. range in a die surface temp. and to a part becoming the low temp. range in the die surface temp. of a cavity in the die. CONSTITUTION:The releasing agent for die surface is prepared by diluting, silicone series water soluble parting agent to 1/200 in a first releasing agent tank and graphite series water soluble parting agent is diluted to 1/10 in a second parting agent tank and high polymer series water soluble releasing agent is diluted to 1/80 in a third releasing agent tank. To a gate part 18b and to a cavity part 16 near the gate part becoming the high temp. part in the die surface in each shot, the first releasing agent is sprayed for three sec, and after lowering the die surface temp. to 250 deg.C, the second releasing agent is sprayed for one sec to form the film on the die surface.
