Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain such an information recording medium that the distribution of voltage is increased to increase the range for information recording, recording according to exposure light quantity can be done, and combination with an optical sensor is not required but the medium itself enables information recording. CONSTITUTION:This medium has information recording layers 11', 11'' formed on an electrode layer 13, and the outer surface of the medium consists of a skin layer comprising only a UV-curing resin. The information recording layers 11', 11'' are formed by applying a mixture soln. of liquid crystal, UV-curing resin forming material, and fluorine-base surfactant on the electrode layer and curing these films with UV rays. These recording layers have different voltage regions for driving the liquid crystal. Or, as a second information recording medium, it consists of an electrode layer 13', photoconductive layer 14, first information recording layer 11', second information recording layer 11'', and electrode layer 13 successively formed. The first information recording layer 11' and the second information recording layer 11'' are formed by the same method as for the first information recording medium above described.
