TENSILE TESTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To maintain a test piece to be at a constant high temperature and to increase the number of tests per day by laying out a tensile testing part, a supply collection part, and a transport preheating part inside a constant temperature bath and then providing an air curtain at the opening for loading and unloading the test piece of the constant temperature bath. CONSTITUTION:A tensile testing part 18, a supply collection part 20, and a transport preheating part 22 are laid out inside a constant temperature bath 10 and then an air curtain is provided at an opening 10a for loading and unloading a test piece 7. The transport preheating part 22 transports the preheated test piece 7 to the supply collection part 20. Namely, the test piece 7 is supplied to a rotation arm 58 of the supply collection part 20 using belt conveyers 74, 74 provided nearly vertically for the conveyer for supplying the sample outside the constant temperature bath 10. The supply collection part 20 rotates the arm 58 and supplies the test piece 7 to a chuck part 24 of a tensile test part 18 by rotating the arm 58 and then collects the test piece after the tests ends. The test pieces 7 for a required number of collections are sent to the constant temperature bath 7 successively and are repeated inside the thermally insulated constant temperature bath 10 for a specific amount of time, thus increasing the count for testing.
