Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain an improved manufacturing method of a vacuum heat insulating vessel wherein an inorganic fiber heat insulating mat is sealed into a heat insulating wall of a heat insulation vessel before making it vacuum, without generating recessions due to atmospheric pressure of an outer wall, and the vacuum heat insulating vessel is speedily manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum heat insulating vessel is manufactured by inserting a heat insulating mat 2 into a double wall composed of an outer wall 1A and an inner wall 1B, and evacuating an inside thereof. A large and small vessels, respectively composed of only the outer wall 1A and the inner wall 1B are formed. The inorganic fiber heat insulating board 2 having density resistant for atmospheric pressure is arranged on the inner surface of the outer wall vessel 1A, which board 2 has thickness slightly larger than the inner thickness of the double wall. Then, the inner wall vessel 1B is forced into the outer wall vessel 1A by an insertion jig 3 fitted into the inner wall vessel 1B. Next, a connection edge between the inner wall vessel 1B and the outer wall vessel 1A is sealed, and inside thereof is made to be vacuum. The heat insulating mat having high compactness is thus easily charged and manufacture of the heat insulation vessel of high air-tightness is enabled. |
