Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the scale of transporting equipment on the outlet side of a mandrel mill, to shorten transportation time, to improve rolling efficiency thereby and to maintain the quality of a tube stock. CONSTITUTION:The tube stock 5 which is rolled with the restrained type mandrel mill 1 is separated from a mandrel bar 3 with an extractor 2 which is arranged on the same pass line as the mandrel mill 1 and, when it is transported to a roller table on the outlet side of the extractor, the transporting distance of the tube stock after the end is passed through in the extractor 2 is shortened by executing end passing-through after starting the speed reduction of the tube stock before the end passing-through of the tube stock 5 in the extractor 2.
