DEVICE FOR HOLDING GARBAGE BAG

PURPOSE:To provide a device for holding a garbage bag, with which throw-in or garbage can be performed quickly and the labor for transferring the garbage bag to a truck for each time can be saved. CONSTITUTION:A device for holding garbage bag is provided with a locking member 11, which consists of a central straight line part 1101 and almost truncated chevron bend parts 1103 provided in both sides of the straight line part 1101, and a presser member 13, which has a length corresponding to the straight line part 1101 of the locking member 11 and which has a nearly inverted J- shaped cross section and which can be locked and disconnected with/from the straight line part 1101 freely, and springs 17 stretched between a lower frame member 15, which is provided under the locking member 11 and which has an almost U-shaped cross section, and the presser member 13 and for energizing the presser member 13 in the direction crossing the straight line part 1101 of the locking member 11. The locking member 11 locks a part of an opening part of a rubber bag, which is folded outside, and the presser member 13 pinches the folded part.
