Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a positioning device for automotive parts which can reduce the number of parts to be used and man-hour for working, manufacturing cost and exact positioning. CONSTITUTION:A column member 11 whose top end 11b is convergent, and an overhung member 12 which is bent on the way in a cantilever condition in a direction from the proximity of the top end 11b of the column member 11 to a root part 11a and has prescribed elasticity and whose top part 12b is formed into a widening shape are integratedly-formed with each other. The column member 11 and the overhung member 12 are integratedly-formed with an automotive part 1 such as a lower back garnish to serve as a protruding body 10 for positioning.
