RANDOM ACCESS SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a random access semiconductor memory device which can be improved in function and operating speed. CONSTITUTION:This random access memory device 10 is provided with four data input-output terminals f1-f4 and four readout control circuits m1-m4 and four readout control terminals e1-e4 which are provided at every data input- output terminal. When, for example, the levels of readout control signals OE1 and OE3 inputted to the terminals e1 and e3 change to 'Low', the circuits m1 and m3 independently perform control so that data can be outputted to the outside from the terminals f1 and f3 only.
