SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve uniformity of lightness of a display device. CONSTITUTION:Driving control signals 11a-11h are outputted from a driving control signal generating circuit 13 to driving circuits 9a-9h. A driving power supply input pad 14 and 20 are connected together by a driving power supply line 21 in a chip 80, on the other hand, a potential is supplied to both pads from the same power supply at the outside of the chip 80. The driving circuits 9a-9h have respectively driving circuit input terminals 12a-12h, and connected to the driving power supply line 21 being apart one another with the prescribed interval. The driving circuits 9a-9h are respectively controlled by the driving control signals 11a-11h, and transmit potentials given to the driving circuit input terminals 12a-12h to driving signal output pads 10a-10h. Thereby, differences between driving output impedance of the driving signal output pads 10a-10h are suppressed.
