FINE PARTICLE TRANSPORT MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To provide a fine particle transport mechanism which can be used in a fine particle transport passage with a curvature, can transport a small amount of fine particles accumulated on the bottom of the fine particle transport passage, prevents a spiral body from jumping out of the fine particle transport passage, high in transport efficiency and inexpensive. CONSTITUTION:This mechanism is constituted of a fine particle transport passage 4 holding a cylindrical or semi-cylindrical shape straight or having a curvature and a spiral shape body 1 of a hollow and flexible structure using a wire rod of low part unit cost and others rotating in the fine particle transport passage 4. Additionally, to prevent central deflection and popping out of the spiral body 1, a round bar 3 is inserted into the spiral shape body 1. As the spiral shape body 1 is of a hollow and flexible structure using the wire rod and other low unit cost parts, it is possible to reduce cost and to use it even in the case when the fine particle transport passage 4 becomes curved due to miniaturization of a device and restriction in mounting.
